Well it's a new month and we are sure looking foward to May. May can be one of our best months fishing here off south Florida.
Well we did not have a trip on the first but
than on the sec we took out John, Mary, Mike, Amy, Karol, and Mac from Pittsburgh and from Il. We spent the morning trolling the reef and caught 10 bonito, 2 kingfish and a nice Wahoo.

Than on the 3 rd we took out Ivan, Rafael, and Anna from Poland and we ended up with 1 bonito, 1 kingfish and a huge bull dolphin.

That same afternoon we took out John, John, Nate, Matt and Groan from Riap-ids, Mi and we caught 1 of the biggest hammerhead sharks we’ve ever caught. Nice going guys.

Than on the 4 Th we took out Mandy, Joe, Charlie, Jay and Larry from Pittsburg and from New Jersey. We started out trolling the reef and caught some kingfish. Than we put out some shark baits and caught a very large hammerhead shark.

On The 5 th we took out Lee, Tom, Jayson, Andy, Kary and Emily all from her in Fort Lauderdale Florida and we ended up catching 5 bonitos and 1 monster dusky shark.

On the 8 th we had Sean, Steve, Tonka, Fredric and Maggie also from Fort Lauderdale. We started out trolling trying to get some good eating fish but they just weren’t baiting so we decided to put out some live baits and some shark baits once again and just wait them out and see what would happen. Well it paid off for us we ended up with a very large hammerhead shark.

On the 10 th we had some more local customers from down here in Fort Lauderdale. This time we were determined to catch some good eating fish. We started out trolling the reef looking for some kingfish. We ended up catching 6 of them and 2 bonitos. Than we decided to go off shore in search of some dolphin (mahi mahi) we only ended up catching one and it was a nice one (20 pounder) so it was I good idea after all.

On the 12 th we took out Kelly, Lisa, Jeremy and Chris all from Texas. We decide that trolling had been a bit slow the last couple of days so we were going to try something a little different this day... We did start out trolling a little and did manage to catch 3 kingfish and 4 bonitos. Than we did some deep drops on some of the wrecks out front and ended up with and few big amberjacks and a few almacojacks.

That same afternoon we had Jericho, Helen, John, Ger and Owen all here on vacation from Ireland. Once again we started out trolling and caught a few bonitos. Than we went back to bottom fishing where we had been earlier in the day and once again it paid off for us. We caught a hand full of jacks and 1 monster barracuda.

On the 13 th we took out Chris, bobby, John, Jeremy and Chris. They all meet here in south Florida to go fishing. They came from New York, West Palm Beach and from Fort Myers. We did some trolling and caught a nice cobia. Than we put out the live baits and shark baits and caught 1 small hammerhead shark and a big bull shark.

On the 14th Doug, Brad and Justin from Pennsylvania. We trolled the reef for most of the trip and ended up with 8 kingfish and 3 bonitos.

Than on the 15th we had Walt and Jeff from Indiana and we ended up with 4 kingfish, 2 bonitos and 1 big amberjack.

On the 16th Susan, Jim, Tony, Dan and Dave from Texas, Mass and from Chicago and we ended up catching 6 nice kingfish.

On the 17th Reggie, Chris and John from Washington D.C. spent the morning fishing with us and we caught 4 kingfish and 2 amberjacks.

On the 18th we had a bunch of locals from Fort Lauderdale with us we had Doug, Scott, Liz, Ursula and Perla and we trolled the reef and than we went off shore trolling and ended up with 2 dolphin, 1 amberjack, 1 barracuda and 6 kingfish.

On the 19th Rick, Rob, Robert and Justin all from Dallas Texas spent the morning fishing with us and they caught 12 kingfish, 1 dolphin and 1 grouper.
That same afternoon we had Mike, Kevin, Brandon, Kristy, Clarissa and Kay also from Dallas Texas. They ended up with 2 kingfish, 4 snappers.


On the 21stScott, Lou, Joe, Henry and Ray Ray all from down here in south Florida joined us for a morning of fishing. We were after good eating fish so we started trolling the reef and than we went off shore looking for dolphin (mania mahia) . They ended up catching 6 kingfish, 3 bonitos and 3 nice dolphins.

On the 22nd Rick Deb and Harley from Ohio and from Oklahoma. We started out trolling the reef and caught a hand full of kingfish. Than we put out the live baits and hooked into a very big hammerhead shark but we pulled the hooks and that one got away.

On the 24th we had Diametric and Nick from Greece. We were looking for dolphin so these guys could cook them up for dinner. We had a couple on but we only ended up catching one.

Than on the 25th Annie, Dylan, Chris and Andy from Nashville Tenn. Spent the morning with us. We went trolling down the reef and caught 5 kingfish, 2 bonitos and 2 dolphins.

On the 27th Tom, Ken and Ron from California and from New Mexico told us that they only wanted to catch dolphin. Well we told them that we would either be heroes or zeros. They said that they understood that is just the way dolphin fishing is and they were ok with it. So off we went looking for those green and yellow demends. Well we got lucky we found a big piece of wood floating and there were plenty of dolphins under it. We ended up catching 12 very nice ones. Thanks for a fun day on the water guys and we are looking forward to seeing you guys again soon.

That same afternoon we had Neil, David, Dwayne and Bart all from England. We did so well in the morning that we thought we would try our luck off shore again. Well we did pretty good we ended up with 4 more nice dolphin and we did 1 deep drop on a ship wreck and caught a monster snowy grouper.

Well on the 28th we told Ruth, Robert, Kara and Taylor about our good luck the day before and we all agreed to go off shore once again and try out luck. And once again it paided off we ended up with 20 dolphin. 1 barracuda and 1 big bull shark.

That same afternoon Mimi, Jane, Louie and Bobbie all from Miami Florida spent the afternoon fishing with us and they wanted to catch something big. So we started out trolling the reef and caught a hand full of kingfish. Than we put out the big stuff. We hooked into a very big hammerhead shark but he got away.

On the 29th Tony, Wendy and Sidney from Atlanta Ga. spent the morning fishing with us and we ended up catching 10 kingfish and 4 nice dolphin.
